Parmesan shortbread, buffalo ricotta, confit tomato


Parmesan and thyme crusted lamb breast, red pepper coulis

Confit chicken skewer, tarragon and mustard rapeseed mayonnaise 

Olive oil croute, truffled artichoke, rare beef fillet, parmesan
