I simply boil new potatoes until soft, allow to cool then crush with a fork. All you need to do is roast with olive oil and rosemary!
Rosemary roasted new potatoes
Spread the potatoes on greaseproof paper (provided), on a baking tray then drizzle generously with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary then roast in a pre heated oven (180 Degrees C) until golden and crispy, (about 50 minutes). Perfect with a roast chicken or grilled fish.
