Ingredients: Olive oil, garlic, dried oregano, chopped tomatoes, sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, aubergine, sausagemeat, mozzarella, fresh basil

How it's made: Grilled aubergine slices layered with a rich tomato sauce and pork meatballs then topped with mozzarella, fresh basil and olive oil.

To prepare:

Remove lid and heat in a pre heated oven (190 Degrees C) for 20-25 minutes.
