Ingredients:

Extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, toasted pine nuts, toasted cashew nuts, garlic, sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, parmesan, fresh lemon juice

How it's made: 

I simply blend all the ingredients together whilst retaining a slighlty coarse texture

Serving suggestion:

Stir through cooked pasta, spread in sandwiches, or try with roast lamb and grilled vegetables
