How it's made:
For the herbs i use parlsey, mint and tarragon leaves which i blend with capers, dijon mustard, anchovies, red wine winegar, olive oil, salt, freshly ground pepper and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
Serving suggestion:
Great with grilled mediterranean vegetables,white fish or any roasted or bbq'd red meats.
