How it's made:

I make this tomato sauce with just 4 ingredients. I gently fry garlic in olive oil, then add chopped tomatoes and salt, simmer until thickened and thats it. Lovely with spaghetti or try stirring into cooked risotto rice with some butter and parmesan.
